Description :

3D printer set including CNC shield V3.0, A4988, heat sink
Ideal as a driver expansion card for engraving machines and 3D printers.
4 channel slots for A4988 stepper motor driver modules. Each channel of the stepper motor only needs 2 IO ports, which means that 8 IO ports are sufficient to manage 3 stepper motors.
GRBL 0.9 compatible. (Open source firmware that runs on an Arduino UNO that converts G-code commands into stepper signals)
Suitable slots for removable Pololu A4988 compatible stepper motor drivers.
PWM spindle and directional pins.
4-axis support (X, Y, Z, A-duplicate X, Y, Z or a full 4th axis with custom firmware using pins A4 and A3)
2 x end stopsfor each axis (6 in total) + one probe
Coolant release outlet
Jumper for setting the micro-stepping for the stepper driver. (Some drivers like the DRV8825 can take up to 1/32 microstep)
Stepper motors can be connected or soldered with 4-pin Molex plugs. Runs on 12-36V DC. (At the moment only the Pololu DRV8825 drivers can operate up to 36V, please pay attention to the operating voltage when supplying the board with power.)
Please note that this is an unassembled kit.
Note: When inserting the A4988 module, make sure that it is not inserted the other way round.
Stepper motor wiring as follows:
2A, 2B is a group (red, green), 1A, 1B is one1A, 1B is a group (blue, yellow), if you want to change the direction, the position of a group, for example 2A, 2B, can be changed alternately.
