Installation Method

1. Control Panel Installation

• Mount the AX Pro control panel on a solid wall in a discreet and central location

• Connect the mains power supply

• Insert the SIM card if using the 2G communication mode

• Connect the network cable if using LAN

2. Power-On and Initial Setup

• Power on the control panel

• Log in via the Hik-Connect mobile application

• Create or link a user account

• Select the preferred communication method (LAN, Wi-Fi, or 2G)

3. Device Enrollment

• Set detectors and accessories to enrollment mode

• Add each device through the mobile app or control panel interface

• Check wireless signal strength

• Assign each device to a specific zone

4. Device Installation

• Magnetic contacts: install on doors and windows

• PIR motion detectors: install at the recommended height (approximately 2–2.4 m), facing the protected area

• Sirens: install in a highly audible and hard-to-reach location

5. Testing and Validation

• Test each zone (opening, motion, tamper)

• Verify notifications in the mobile application
