Description

Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 – the ultimate solution for those who need a powerful and versatile computing platform in a compact and cost-effective form factor.

Powered by a Broadcom BCM2711 quad-core Cortex-A72 processor with clock speeds of up to 1.5GHz, the Compute Module 4 offers exceptional performance for a wide range of applications.

With the ability to run a variety of operating systems, including the official Raspberry Pi OS, Ubuntu, and more, the Compute Module 4 is an incredibly versatile platform that can be used for everything from prototyping and testing to full-scale commercial deployments.

In addition to its impressive technical specifications, the Compute Module 4 is also designed for easy integration into custom hardware designs, thanks to its small size and standardized form factor. This makes it an ideal choice for developers, hobbyists, and businesses looking to create their own unique IoT solutions, industrial automation systems, or other embedded applications.

Whether you’re looking to build a custom media player, a smart home automation system, or a complex industrial control system, the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 has the power and versatility to meet your needs.

Raspberry Pi CM4 is particularly well suited for industrial applications and ideal for bridging the gap between prototyping (a few 100 pieces) and completely custom designs. To be able to use it, you need a carrier board. Raspberry Pi has already done a lot of work for you with the design of the standardized module – and also offers you the Raspberry Pi ecosystem, with good documentation and experienced companies who can support you with your project.

It therefore serves designs for approx. 100 – 50.000 units sold
per year in which the installation of the Pi 4 is out of the question for various reasons. The eMMC Flash (on most variants) is particularly well suited for industrial applications and is significantly more stable than a standard Micro SD card.

We offer services for using the Raspberry Pi CM4, designing custom carrier boards and software. Our focus is on a deep technical understanding of the software and hardware of the Raspberry Pi platform, please contact us for a non-binding and free initial consultation to clarify how we can support you.
